Q. How much do your speeches cost?

A. Most of our ready-to-go instant speech packs are between $15 and $25 USD. Not paying in U.S. dollars? We accept 18 different currencies and you can easily change your currency selection at the top of any page on our site.

Q. Are there any extra costs?

A. Absolutely not. We make sure our prices and package contents are clearly posted for each item so you know exactly what you are getting. You pay only the price on the product page or cart. No shipping or surprise fees. Customers in Europe (EU) will be charged Vat.

Q. Is your price a one-time charge or monthly?

Q. How quickly will I receive my speech order?

A. INSTANTLY. When you have completed the checkout process, you can click “Go to My Downloadable Products” on the order confirmation page and instantly download your speech pack in a convenient PDF file. You can also log into My Account and download the speech order again for up to 90 days. Your order confirmation email will also provide instructions on how to log in and access your order.

Q. What if I order the wrong speech?

A. No problem. We are happy to send you a replacement if you will just contact us as soon as possible and make sure you give us your order reference number

Q. How many “Ready to Go” speeches will I receive?

A. The number of speeches/toasts/poems/eulogies, etc. you will receive varies from product to product. Most speech packs contain between 3 and 10 speeches. Persuasive, Informative & Motivational speeches contain one 7 to 9 minute speech and 1 poem. We clearly list the contents of your package before you order so you will know exactly what you are getting.

Q. Where are the pre-written speeches I ordered an hour ago?

A. Your order confirmation and information on how to access your order online, together with a receipt from Worldpay or Paypal, was emailed to the email address you entered when registering your account. If you have not received an email from us, it could be a problem with your email or it is in your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Be sure to list as a safe email address in your program. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us.

Q. What if I can’t remember my password or it is not working?

A. On the My Account log in screen, click “Forgot Your Password” and follow the instructions.

Q. I’m having trouble placing or downloading my order. Who can I contact?

A. If you are having difficulty ordering online, please call us at 1-800-803-9076 so we can get your order placed for you.

Q. Will my previous login information work on your new website?

A. No, unfortunately to bring our customers the best site possible, we could not transfer old account information to the new system. Please create a new login here.

Q. Why would I need a customized speech?

A. Clients ask us to customize their speeches for many reasons. The father of the bride may have personal memories to share about his daughter. The groom might want to impress his boss as well as his new father-in-law in the same speech! Sometimes there are tragedies in the family, such as a recent death, that need to be mentioned tactfully and sensitively. Customized speeches are written in close consultation with the client.

Q. How long does it take to get my customized speech?

A. Upon receipt of all necessary information, you can expect your custom speech in just a few days.

Q. I ordered a customized speech but did not receive a copy of my information?

A. If you do not receive your confirmation, it is unlikely we received it either. We may not have a correct email address for you or there could have been a problem in transmission. Please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder as well. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us.

Q. Is my credit card information secure?

A. Yes. We use strong security systems to protect your credit card information. We don’t even receive your personal credit card information; it goes directly to our payment processor partner, Worldpay and Natwest, a leading financial institution.
